Add execute_on_worker feature of starpu thanks to a new field `schedopt` in the runtime_request_s struct

Need StarPU commit 7b21ab4e50e34f0e92823610f8152d1dfa19b8eb to be

It shall return the tile size, not the allocated size.

Remove the FXT starpu option and the enable tracaing. It is now done by eztrace, or directly with STARPU_USE_FXT

    add some explanation about the code structure in the main doxygen
    fix coverage in analysis sonarqube
    add a release job to automatize release publication
    change the cdash server to my.cdash.org which is more recent and reactive than cdash.inria.fr
    fix the version number, dates and authors in headers to prepare the release 0.9.2
