Add support of mpi_sync_clocks to improve MPI trace synchronization

This MR adds supports of mpi_sync_clocks in traces to have better synchronization. I also made some code factorization and added comments to explain how time offsets are computed.

We can just start by a code review, it requires still some test at larger scale than my little laptop ;)
