Local system missing *Config.cmake
I'm trying to compile PaStiX but there are configure errors for CMake. These packages don't provide a CMake config file as part of their installation:
-- Building for target x86_64
-- Found target X86_64
CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:184 (find_package):
By not providing "FindCBLAS.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has
asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "CBLAS", but
CMake did not find one.
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "CBLAS" with any of
the following names:
CBLASConfig.cmake
cblas-config.cmake
Add the installation prefix of "CBLAS" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"CBLAS_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "CBLAS"
provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been
installed.

"LAPACKE" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has
been installed.
CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:209 (find_package):
By not providing "FindHWLOC.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has
asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "HWLOC", but
CMake did not find one.
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "HWLOC" with any of
the following names:
HWLOCConfig.cmake
hwloc-config.cmake
Add the installation prefix of "HWLOC" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set

provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been
installed.
Is there a workaround for this other than contacting the maintainers of these libraries and requesting CMake support?
