Sonarqube /hotfix

Should fix most of the bugs reported in Sonarqube. @agullo and @fpruvost, please check that you agrre with the changes in examples.

@fpruvost I have another issue I would like to address in this PR.

I would like to run:

• ctest -R shm_s as now in branches (not in master)
• ctest without restrictions in solverstack/master
• Nothing in forks/master

Do you know how to do at least the first two without duplicated all the tests sections in the .gitlab.yml ?
