Propose a second more complete patch to Fix #38

This is another patch to fix issue #38 (closed),

that adds the defined in the chameleon_config.h.in as it should be done, and simplify the calls to RUNTIME_iteration_push by always calling it, and changing their definition internally to each runtime, instead of globally at the chameleon level.

Hi, I don't have read access to your chameleon repository @faverge.

You can download as a patch that you apply to the repository with git apply.

You can also use this technique to get access to pull request via git even if it's private If I'm correct: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/merge_requests/#checkout-merge-requests-locally

Patch !52 (merged) has been tested locally, and it is working nicely (traces are enriched with iteration).
