Hotfix reported during the SC23 reproducibility challenge on POINV and check

Mathieu Faverge requested to merge faverge/chameleon:hotfix/poinv into master
  • Replace the synchronous calls by asynchronous version in poinv (thanks to Zhuofeng Wang)
  • Make sure the SummaC algorithm is not called if not all descriptors are in 2DBC format.
