testing: threads option must be initialized different from 0 in CHAMELEON_TESTINGS_VENDOR mode to avoid a CHAMELEON_Init failure.

People tend to forget to set --trace option.

testing/parameter: Make sure we don't use mixed precision with global and out-of-core matrices allocations

zgetrf/cmake: add a test to detect if STARPU_NONE is correctly defined to be used with getrf algortihm or not

Otherwise it complains "parameters_getvalue_fixdbl could not find
parameter appaccuracy".

And add short aliases for norm option

Remove the use of CHAMELEON_PRECISIONS that is an upper duplicate of CHAMELEON_PRECISION provided by cmake_morse (Fix #124)

Fix issue 124: RP_CHAMELEON_PRECISION is the set of supported precisions, while CHAMELEON_PRECISION is the set of enabled precisions

cmake: change the rule to generate the vendore testing in order to avoid to generate useless ds/zc versions and fix dependencies
