chameleon already owns the dependencies thanks to target_link_libraries, just add a comment to recall direct dependencies

no need to force sequential version here, it should be the use's choice with CHAMELEON_KERNELS_PAR=ON|OFF

hqr build should not inheritates from specific chameleon's flags such as the CFLAG -include starpu_simgrid_wrap.h, hqr does not depend on starpu

load a recent openmpi stack to fix noisy hwloc messages
