cmake: add cblas_wrapper.h to the list of headers because must be installed (include/chameleon/chameleon_zlapack.h needs it)

Upgrade the version number to make the distinction between the release files, and the files from the master

Update cesca to be able to compute a Correspondance Analysis (COA) pre-treatment. It depends on the same kernels and has the same dependency pattern as cesca, no need to create a new chameleon algorithm for it.

coreblas/trace: add CHAMELEON_KERNELS_TRACE option to name the tiles and print information about the exectued kernels

lib is now called libhmat and target is well defined.
