Target ontologies in the "directory" test case were always aligned with source ontology of directory named "1". In fact, url1 was used as url of the first ontology and as a lock to switch between alignments to a reference ontology (benchmark test case) and alignments between couples of ontologies (directory test case). 

An option was added to specify the directory in which iteration will take place. In such a way, the script could be executed from any reprository. 

- Slightly changed GroupAlign for accomodating "DOS-based" C:

- corrected a bug that made -p and -D option optional
- corrected a bug that made erasing the debug option with parameter file

- added garbage collection in GroupAlign

- havinf GroupAlign and ProcAlign working

- added option for reading parameter files in Procalign
