The transfig package has been renamed to fig2dev since 2016.
Additionally, the comment about transfig no longer applies as the
fig2dev package in fink no longer passes the mentioned deprecated
option.

This ensures that $ (and £) and handled correctly.
With out it, $ is rendered as £ when in \em mode...

And add an unused parameter to TD@printRequiredFile for debug

Use etoolbox to differ some package loading
so that they can be manually loaded with specific options if required

Lualatex should be handled nearly as pdflatex as reported
by Andreas Beckmann in https://bugs.debian.org/815836

A new LUALATEX flavor is now defined.
To use it instead of pdflatex, one just have to set 'LU_FLAVORS=LUALATEX'
Of course, flavors can be chosen per document if need be (as in the example directory)
