Fix handson code convention

• Fix #32 (closed) using clang-tidy and clang-format (cf. config files added in HandsOn/Config)
• Try to forgot nothing in instructions notebooks
• Fix cmake issue on solution of exercice43 (missing project())

To be discussed:

• I renamed variable Nbits as nbits
• I renamed display_065_3515_035_4832 as Display065_3515_035_4832
