Resolve "Re-enable CI build of the documentation"

Re-enable documentation build and publication via CI

uses gitlab ci pipelines. The documentation is triggered either on master branch or for dev purpose on branches with a /.*documentation.*/ pattern in the branch names

This MR also includes some minor architecture image improvements showing ABS
