Transcribe the content of Redmine mails into Gitlab issues

The Redmine server which was lost (see #1606 (closed)) was sending mails to the person involved in it and to myself (as its administrator).

Unfortunately, in March 2019 I cleaned-up my mails and removed all old issues, so in my mail I have the mails sent from the Redmine server from March 2019 to the end of Octobebr 2019 - when the server ultimately failed.

The purpose of this issue is to populate the descriptions of the tickets with the informations from the mails I received.
