#1264 Heat and hyperelastic models: first version of the tests which checks the result. I'm a bit astonished mpi works directly without filtering out numerical imprecision; but this is not that far fetched given EnsightOutput cut greatly the numerical precision available. A more fine-tuned function might be required at some point to compare numerical values though.
