Draft: Add reporting

AGGARWAL Himanshu requested to merge haggarwa/diffusion-preprocessing:reporting into master

Goal of this PR is to plot the output of each important step in the pipeline. This will allow a quick visual assessment of what happened at each step and also easy sharing.

TODO:

  • Brain extraction plot
  • Eddy correction overlay
  • MNI-transformed mask and DWI
  • Compile all plots in HTML
