doc/server.md: certbot crontab
Remove the check on the /run/systemd/system directory. In one case it prevented the server from properly launching the renewal (the directory existed but this didn't seem to be a problem for certbot).
GitLab upgrade completed. Current version is 17.11.1. We now benefit from the features of the release 17.11.
