Closes #5169 (closed) (creation of user) Fixed the corresponding cypress test
In the meantime, fixed small other user related issues (cf git log) + another cypress test in test_user.js.
GitLab upgrade completed. Current version is 17.11.1. We now benefit from the features of the release 17.11.
