Upload of risk scores

The document referenced in #22 states the following:

Note that according to Robert protocol, Risk scores are kept on the phone, unless the user is tested positive.

(p. 3)

and

The scores associated to the temporary received Ids are sent to the server by the mobile, when the owner is declared infected.

(p. 4)

Is it confirmed through an official source that the risk scores would be uploaded as well?
