[Code Quality] Remove *Application classes

Maven modules rs-crypto and rs-database are not standalone application, consequently they don't need to be started as micro-services. Classes RobertServerCryptoApplication and RobertServerDatabaseApplication can be removed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
