Publish test and project reporting on gitlab pages

Build junit and coverage html reports Publish them on gitlab pages (https://stemcovid19.gitlabpages.inria.fr/tac-server/backend-server/) using basic maven project site.

The report is computed and deployed only on develop branch (because the coverage report slow down significantly the tests
