Remove max bound on interval selection

This fixes issue #54 (closed)

Now the max value of the interval in the interval select window is uncapped. This allow for better trace alignment. In the meantime the minimum x zoom has been lowered to 1% instead of 100% for the same purpose.

Looks good, but I have some weird behavior with the X scroll bar:

1. unzoom a bit, let's say 76%
2. move the trace to the left until the X scroll bar becomes shorter
3. now move the X scroll bar to the left: as soon as you move it just a bit, the trace shifts suddenly to the right
