Fix when invoking make clean and Makefile for plugins does not exist. Fix horizontal stats diagram because it was not totally visible by the user. qtcolorpicker.h (and not hpp) for cmake. Add a little doc for explaining the configure script (need to be updated ^^) and some new features. Fix colorpicker compilation. Works with both cmake and configure script.
