Makes fovXfovY aspect ratio introduced in 449a8333 backward compatible

• Adds --colmap_fovXfovY_flag that defaults to the previous behavior but when enabled activates the new projection matrix that uses fovX and fovY to calculate the aspect ratio instead of image width/height
