  • Networks normalization reviewed
  • Add 3 cobra hybrid mode to help reasoning:
    • Filter, Guess&Check, Guess&Check with Diversity.
    • Needs to write into temporary file to manage the time out and get the already found solution back.
    • Output the number of rejected models in addition of previous outputs
  • Write the corrected Network into SBML file.
  • Corrects Hybrid time out
  • Documentation to finish
