Simple MR mainly to update caleway config file with latest image IDs for Ubuntu 2.3.0

Changelog

  • Update scaleway BBB image to 2.3.0

How to test

  • launch the backend/frontend locally, start 4 visio and test that the servers are available, audio is fine
