Fix/kraken 3

Those are the rewritten training tasks for the new KrakenTrainer API. I'm not entirely sure if all the (escriptorium) model parameters are set correctly as the original implementation was slightly different between segmentation and recognition but they should be fine if the original code wasn't broken in that regard.
