This branch add vectorial front and back cover background in pdf format (svgs are provided in the svg folder). Old pngs are still present in the png folder. It also adds a pdf version of the INSA and the UBL-MathSTIC logos, replacing the old PNG ones. Finally, it does a slight modification in the .cls to be closer to the original WORD template.
