CI enabled, reproducibility added, ready for release v1.2
Ready to release version 1.2 : Continuous Integration is now performed, and for this the code was modified for allowing reproducibility whenever it is possible (OpenMM does not behave deterministically in all cases). See changelog and doc for details.
