Issue 52, step1: Added the export for mix shader to PhongNormalized (RGB only)
First step for #52. The export to mrf now support Cycles Mix shader to MRF Phong (normalized). The Cycles Mix Shader can either be Diffuse+Glossy (or the other way) or Diffuse+Diffuse. I know the last one seems dumb (it in my opinion) but I saw several scenes with it.
It does support textured phong yet.
