Renderer readability

See that @dmurray moved some code from the Optix renderer to the Renderer class.

I like the idea. Just derived from dmu_variance_log.

So, reorganized stuff to ease implementation of new backends. Nothing fancy. I prefer it that way but I'm opened to suggestion.

And feel free to push on this branch for spices of update ;-)
