WIP issue95 gui window size

MURRAY David requested to merge dmu_issue95_gui_window_size into master

When requesting a camera resolution equal or greater to screen resolution, the window size is capped. An option ("fixed_size") allows to ensure that the optix buffer is not capped, only the window and area are in this case.

Also, the window now correctly deals with being minimized/maximazed.
