Refactor caga core141 toolkit error management

Pull request to disseminate new error management system within the Toolkit section:

• Enhance error management system to be usable from outside the Kernel scope
• Refactor error management within the toolkit to be less permissive (WARNING -> ERROR)
• Add a specific token to configure error handling when importing boxes that need to be updated
• On the fly refactoring (remove color gradient..)
