Gtk3

sdk does not really depend on gtk. These are mostly a few corrections for gcc-11 and a name change getStockItemName -> getIconName, which I'm lazy to revert... The new name seems better anyway as Stock refers to an implementation detail which is deprecated and will disappear. If needed, it not very difficult to move the name back (it just requires editing hundreds on files in the three components).
