[CMake] Fix AddCertivibeComponent script when linking static libraries
requested to merge gh-a510c2b1/112/mensiatech/bugfix-jole-CORE-715-linux-openvibe-sdk-as-dependency into master

Script now properly links to .a files when a static link to openvibe-sdk is requested. Also name the linux package with regards to the linux distribution.
