Feature: Multi Temporal Filter

More and more often we separate signal in some frequency band next merge or with different process. Instead of have X temporal filter with same setting except frequency. We can make one box. WIth basic setting of temporal fiter and next we can add output, each output have one setting line with 2 number as "4;8" for example. to have one band per output.
