* Add "Flag_VerboseOutput" to list of option in main CMakeLists.txt.
*  Re-set PROJECT_VERSION in Utilities.cmake in case it was overwritten as empty.
* Fix windows-ctest-launcher.cmd so that DIST_BINDIR is used rather than DIST_BINDIR_ABSOLUTE that is not always set.
