Build Acquisition Server main interface

Build the main interface of the AS, with:

• Dropdown for driver selection
• Driver properties button
• Connection port field
• Sample Counter per sent block drop down
• Drift info
• status area with info and drift bars
• Preferences button
• Connect button
• play/stop button (these could be merged into one)

Nothing as to be functional at this stage. It is the base to integrate the functionalities
