Fix: Enable gtecUSBamp drivers

GTecUSBamp drivers such as gtec-usbamp, gtec-gipsa and gtec-bcilab were disabled from compilation and therefore missing from the acquisition server.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
