designer exit code with bad box parameter

When starting the designer with a box (eg a spatial filter) whose parameter (eg the file containing the spatial filter parameters) is wrong (eg the file does not exist), the designer stop/exits (in --no-gui mode) with code 0 as if everything was normal. It should return a non-zero code.
