- Code structured in the way it needs to be structured
 - Add .csv to .gitignore
 - I decided to move the images into this repo so it's not required to download another to run all the codes

 - codemeta.json missing some tiny details (e.g. Code repository, release date, download URL)
 - The CodeMeta generator can also import, so just upload what we have then modify when we're ready
 - README.md almost there, just needs some links to Zenodo when that's established, and some modifications for shell scripts
 - Add two shell scripts, one to install the necessary packages and software, and one to run the codes
 - I think the run one is probably good to go (although not tested), install still needs some work
