I have package the provisioning and starting of gNB/UE. Be aware that now it gets automatically the right netplan configuration, so no need to update the script depending on the machines. Only sopnode-w3, sopnode-f1, and sopnode-f2 are usable for now.

IMPORTANT NOTE: now the IP of interfaces are set automatically with DHCP, do not try to assign them manually anymore.

Once tested on your side I will provide a xp.sh that automatically does the deployment of the gNB and UE as described in README.md.
