Version enhancements

various new version reporting

  • added -V/--version flags to the dnadna command, and also displays this version in dnadna --help, superseding !27 (closed)

  • when running dnadna preprocess, the pre-processed training config file includes a timestamp, and the dnadna version that prepared it

  • additionally, when running dnadna train the saved model (including checkpoints) have the dnadna version that produced it as well as a timestamp are bundled in the pickle file

This attempts to partially resolve some of the issues raised in #42 (closed). It doesn't solve everything completely, but gives some tools to help. Another thing that might be helpful would be the ability to include the dnadna version/git hash as part of a run_name.
