Mamba in ci-gitlab with cpu test only
- remove r2m configuration
- fix the ERROR in https://gitlab.inria.fr/ml_genetics/private/dnadna/-/jobs/2854854
- fix small Error for passing tests
In the end : the tests pass, that should report modifications in gitlab.inria into the public gitlab repo users
