Log validation prediction

This branch allows getting the error values for the best net on the validation set. It allows studying how are distributed the errors depending on the scenario. Is it exclusively for recent times ? Or only for a subset of the dataset corresponding to simulations having a given recombination rate ? etc.

It should work for both classification and regression task, although I did not try on classification task.

Also, we should add test.
