First full tagged release of PSyclone. Supports the dynamo0.3 API (and earlier) and the gocean1.0 API (and earlier). Sequential code generation is supported and some code transformations are provided.

Created a new tagged version of PSyclone which supports the dynamo0.1 and gocean0.1 api\'s. This version includes some basic transformations including loop fusion, loop colouring and openmp loop parallelisation (although colouring is not yet supported in the dynamo0.1 api).

Created a tagged version 0.1 of PSyclone. This creates correct sequential code for the dynamo0.1 API example and supports loop merging using a loop-merge transformation.
