Heat-PDE restructuration

This MR aims at the following tasks:

• removing the FNO use-case from the maintained examples
• merging and reorganizing the heat-pde based examples
• adding a slurm config file for the SA example
• Add range parameters for the input sampling function
• general changes to the documentation
