Convert source from melissa-combined to melissa

Changing all mentions/links from melissa-combined to melissa.

If you want to keep your local folder, you should be able to simply rename the local folder from melissa-combined to melissa.

You will also need to install melissa (which should also resource the melissa_set_env.sh automatically for you).

Another option is to simply delete the entire local folder, clone the updated sources from gitlab and install as usual.

Finally, we have changed the docker repo from melissa-combined name and have created a new docker repo under the melissa name. This change does not affect you guys, but I am also updating the cached images on Maiko to follow the new repo.
