Add JOSS paper to source + CI
The JOSS paper has reached the final draft, an example pdf of this draft is located here: https://gitlab.inria.fr/melissa/melissa/-/jobs/2886246/artifacts/file/docs/paper/paper.pdf
For further modifications after submission to JOSS, we can continue working off this branch. The PDF will automatically build itself whenever new commits are pushed here.
If you prefer to compile locally, just navigate to docs/paper and use docker:
sudo docker run --rm --volume $PWD:/data --user $(id -u):$(id -g) --env JOURNAL=joss openjournals/inara
