Add examples folder

• Add an examples folder and implement the simple heart UCI example
• Update the README file:
  • improve its formatting
  • document the demo's existence

As a side effect to the implementation effort:

• Add the declearn.test_utils module (not imported by default).
• Refactor some code used in tests, and deploy back the new test_utils functions.
